Guests must read full description before booking. If your home is not as described, or listed amenities are not present and affect your stay, please cancel immediately. By continuing your stay, you are confirming that the property is as described. Check-in is after 4pm (please note -- you are welcome to check-in any time after 9pm but calls won’t be answered). For our guests and Airbnb managers I am available daily to help with any questions or concerns from 9am-9pm. No smoking of any kind inside the home. Automatic $500 fine. Please smoke outside. No parties, as per Airbnb rules. Authorized early check-in and late check-out is $50 per hour. Non-authorized late check out is $100/hr. Non-authorized extra persons are $50 per person, per night. Dogs OK - $150 non-refundable pet fee (per pet per stay) You have to pick up all your pet waste around the house if some and in the backyard. If we must do it, there will be a fee of $150 All third-party bookings will be canceled without any refund. Please keep in mind that Florida has bugs, mosquitos, lizards and other wildlife outside. Please try to keep your doors closed at all times, otherwise they can sneak inside. Our property has regular recurring pest control treatments, and we make sure everything is clear of bugs and any other pests inside the property before your check-in. Before we confirm your booking request, you must acknowledge that you agree to our house rules and are willing to provide a photo of your ID as the responsible party for the reservation. The photo and name on your ID must match the photo and name in your profile. Reservations for third parties are not allowed. Thank you.

The home is as pictured and described in the listing; it had nice decor, lots of storage, great natural lighting, and very quiet street despite proximity of neighbors. We particularly loved the convenience of the EV charger, the fenced backyard with pool (great for the pups!), and spacious laundry room. This was hands down the cleanest Airbnb we’ve booked. It was spotless. During our stay we ran into some hiccups, but the host/ Anna was very prompt to address these issues. Highly recommend this beautiful property.
