Guests must read full description before booking. If your home is not as described, or listed amenities are not present and affect your stay, please cancel immediately. By continuing your stay, you are confirming that the property is as described. Check-in is after 4pm(please note -- you are welcome to check-in any time after 9pm but calls won’t be answered). For our guests and Airbnb managers I am available daily to help with any questions or concerns from 9am-9pm. No smoking of any kind inside the home. Automatic $500 fine. Please smoke outside. No parties, as per Airbnb rules. Authorized early check-in and late check-out is $50 per hour. Non-authorized late check out is $100/hr. Non-authorized extra persons are $25 per person, per night. All third-party bookings will be canceled without any refund. No pets, as per the HOA. Pool hours: dawn to dusk Please keep in mind that Florida has bugs, mosquitos, lizards and other wildlife outside. Please try to keep your doors closed at all times, otherwise they can sneak inside. Our property has regular recurring pest control treatments, and we make sure everything is clear of bugs and any other pests inside the property before your check-in. Before we confirm your booking request, you must acknowledge that you agree to our house rules and are willing to provide a photo of your ID as the responsible party for the reservation. The photo and name on your ID must match the photo and name in your profile. Reservations for third parties are not allowed. Thank you.

This is our second time staying at the Wander complex on Tierra Verde The view is amazing of sunrises and moonrises. There are manatees and bountiful bird life visible from the dock. We love the quick and easy access to Fort DeSoto Park.

Our stay felt like home . beautiful sunrises on the deck . the place was exactly what we needed . other than loosing water for 1 day due to the town that Anna informed us as soon as she found out she answered evey Question we had . she hosts a great place . thank you Anna!

Perfect stay! We were in town for a wedding in St Pete but wanted to make it a long weekend beach trip out of it. Apartment was clean and comfortable. Apartment complex was quiet and any of the neighbors we did meet were incredibly friendly. Pool and Hot tub were well maintained. Location was mins away from fort de Soto state park, what a hidden gem. St Pete was quick lyft ride away for the wedding. Would stay here again!
