By continuing your stay, you are confirming that the property is as described. Check-in is 4pm-11pm (please note -- you are welcome to check-in any time after 11pm but calls won’t be answered). No smoking of any kind inside the home. Automatic $500 fine. Please smoke outside. No parties, as per Airbnb rules. Authorized early check-in and late check-out is $50 per hour. Non-authorized late check out is $100/hr. Non-authorized extra persons are $25 per person, per night. All third-party bookings will be canceled without any refund. No pets, as per the HOA. Quiet Hours: 10pm-8am Pool hours: dawn to dusk Please keep in mind that Florida has bugs, mosquitos, lizards and other wildlife outside. Please try to keep your doors closed at all times, otherwise they can sneak inside. Our property has regular recurring pest control treatments, and we make sure everything is clear of bugs and any other pests inside the property before your check-in.

Clean and cute typical beach condo rental. Close walk to some amazing seafood restaurants. There’s a deck on the water where you can watch the sun rise. It was very relaxing. I didn’t use the pool, but it looked very clean from the outside. I would stay here again.
