This community has it all! ***We want you to know that we’re doing our part to help our Airbnb guests stay safe by cleaning and disinfecting frequently touched surfaces (light switches, doorknobs, cabinet handles, remotes, etc.) before you check in.*** For stays over 1 month, the cleaning fee double (considered deep cleaning)

NO CABLE TV. Free Pluto TV channels, HULU, Netflix are available. No motorcycles are allowed as per the HOA. No boats, jet skis, or motorcycles are permitted as per the HOA. Please note, if you bring your own kayak or paddleboard, it must be stored inside the unit. For the protection of your belongings, luggage drop-off isn’t allowed.
