This newly-renovated home is located in a quiet neighborhood just a 5-minute drive to Madeira, Redington Beach, put-put golf and John's Pass Village. Enjoy your private backyard with a screened-in heated pool and outdoor dining. Few mins to shopping, dining, and parks with biking/walking trails. 5min to VA Hospital, 10min to Largo Golf Course. Every effort has been made to make your vacation memorable!

This beautifully-decorated and well thought out pool house is prepared with all the essentials needed to make you feel at home. The home features a large driveway, 2-car garage, private fenced-in backyard with a heated pool, screened-in patio with lots of seating, and a propane BBQ grill. Guests have access to the entire house offering 3 bedrooms with TVs in each room, 2 bathrooms, a spacious living room with a pull-out sofa and smart TV, dining room with a dining table, breakfast bar, kitchen island, fully-equipped kitchen, and a washer & dryer in the garage. Complimentary Pack'n'Play is available. The pool is heated in the winter months. ***We want you to know that we’re doing our part to help our Airbnb guests stay safe by cleaning and disinfecting frequently touched surfaces (light switches, doorknobs, cabinet handles, remotes, etc.) before you check in.*** For stays over 1 month, the cleaning fee double (considered deep cleaning)

Other Details to Note

Guests must be 21+ to book. NO CABLE TV. Free Pluto TV channels, HULU, Netflix are available. For the protection of your belongings, luggage drop off isn’t allowed. The cleaning crew cannot be responsible for any loss or damage of guests’ belongings. Thank you for understanding! No cats. Dogs are okay upon prior approval only (a one-time pet fee of $100 will be required)

House Rules

Guests must read full description before booking. If your home is not as described, or listed amenities are not present and affect your stay, please cancel immediately. By continuing your stay, you are confirming that the property is as described. Check-in is after 4pm(please note -- you are welcome to check-in any time after 9pm but calls won’t be answered). For our guests and managers I am available daily to help with any questions or concerns from 9am-9pm. No smoking of any kind inside the home. Automatic $500 fine. Please smoke outside. Dogs OK - $150 non-refundable pet fee (per pet per stay) You have to pick up all your pet waste around the house if some and in the backyard. If we must do it, there will be a fee of $150 No parties, as per Airbnb rules. Authorized early check-in and late check-out is $50 per hour. Non-authorized late check out is $100/hr. Non-authorized extra persons are $50 per person, per night. All third-party bookings will be canceled without any refund. Please keep in mind that Florida has bugs, mosquitos, lizards and other wildlife outside. Please try to keep your doors closed at all times, otherwise they can sneak inside. Our property has regular recurring pest control treatments, and we make sure everything is clear of bugs and any other pests inside the property before your check-in. Before we confirm your booking request, you must acknowledge that you agree to our house rules and are willing to provide a photo of your ID as the responsible party for the reservation. The photo and name on your ID must match the photo and name in your profile. Reservations for third parties are not allowed. Thank you.

Anna’s house was a great place for our family stay! The pool and lanai were beautiful and serene. The house itself was clean with all the necessary amenities. The location was not far from the beach, restaurants, ice cream, and other activities. The neighbors were friendly and kind. We would highly recommend this house!

We loved stating st Anna’s place! We were locals displaced by Hurricane Milton and it was fantastic to find a close house that was also so clean and spacious. Our four year old loved the bunk beds and I found the primary bed very comfortable. My only very minor negative is that the couch in the living room isn’t very comfortable but the other pieces of furniture are great. Thanks for the great experience, Anna!
