Guests must read full description before booking. If your home is not as described, or listed amenities are not present and affect your stay, please cancel immediately. By continuing your stay, you are confirming that the property is as described. Check-in is after 4pm (please note -- you are welcome to check-in any time after 9pm but calls won’t be answered). For our guests and Airbnb managers I am available daily to help with any questions or concerns from 9am-9pm. No smoking of any kind inside the home. Automatic $500 fine. Please smoke outside. No parties, as per Airbnb rules. Authorized early check-in and late check-out is $50 per hour. Non-authorized late check out is $100/hr. Non-authorized extra persons are $50 per person, per night. You have to pick up all your pet waste around the house if some and in the backyard. If we must do it, there will be a fee of $150 All third-party bookings will be canceled without any refund. Please keep in mind that Florida has bugs, mosquitos, lizards and other wildlife outside. Please try to keep your doors closed at all times, otherwise they can sneak inside. Our property has regular recurring pest control treatments, and we make sure everything is clear of bugs and any other pests inside the property before your check-in. Before we confirm your booking request, you must acknowledge that you agree to our house rules and are willing to provide a photo of your ID as the responsible party for the reservation. The photo and name on your ID must match the photo and name in your profile. Reservations for third parties are not allowed. Thank you.

Conveniently located to many things: grocery stores, botanical gardens, beaches, and more! A very cute house with bedrooms/beds roomy enough for our college kids plus a great master bedroom giving privacy to all. The kitchen has basic supplies for cooking with a fridge large enough to store supplies for the week. Overall, a great stay!

Anna's place was for great place to unwind and relax after finishing the work day. Beds were comfy and everything was clean. 10 out of 10 would book again if back in the area.
