Welcome to your beautiful and spacious nautical haven! Perfect for up to 6 guests. This home is located in a quiet neighborhood just minutes' drive to Clearwater Beach, dining and shopping. Enjoy and relax in your private backyard with a screened-in pool, BBQ area and a spacious Florida room. Every effort has been made to make your vacation memorable!

Good to know

This nautically decorated pool house is prepared with all the essentials needed to make you feel at home. The home features a large driveway, 2-car garage, private fenced-in pool area, screened-in patio with lots of seating, and a propane BBQ grill. Guests have access to the entire house offering 2 bedrooms with smart TVs in each room, 2 bathrooms, a spacious living room with a pull-out sofa and 50" TV, dining room with a dining table, fully-equipped kitchen with a bar and a washer & dryer. Complimentary Pack'n'Play is available. Dogs are allowed, a one time fee per pet of $150.00 is required. ***We want you to know that we’re doing our part to help our guests stay safe by cleaning and disinfecting frequently touched surfaces (light switches, doorknobs, cabinet handles, remotes, etc.) before you check in.***

Guests must be 21+ to book. For the protection of your belongings, luggage drop off isn’t allowed. The cleaning crew cannot be responsible for any loss or damage of guests’ belongings. Thank you for understanding!

House Rules

Guests must read full description before booking. If your home is not as described, or listed amenities are not present and affect your stay, please cancel immediately. By continuing your stay, you are confirming that the property is as described. Check-in is after 4pm (please note -- you are welcome to check-in any time after 9pm but calls won’t be answered). For our guests and Airbnb managers I am available daily to help with any questions or concerns from 9am-9pm. No smoking of any kind inside the home. Automatic $500 fine. Please smoke outside. No parties, as per Airbnb rules. Authorized early check-in and late check-out is $50 per hour. Non-authorized late check out is $100/hr. Dogs OK - $150 non-refundable pet fee (per pet per stay) You have to pick up all your pet waste around the house if some and in the backyard. If we must do it, there will be a fee of $150 Non-authorized extra persons are $50 per person, per night. All third-party bookings will be canceled without any refund. Please keep in mind that Florida has bugs, mosquitos, lizards and other wildlife outside. Please try to keep your doors closed at all times, otherwise they can sneak inside. Our property has regular recurring pest control treatments, and we make sure everything is clear of bugs and any other pests inside the property before your check-in. Before we confirm your booking request, you must acknowledge that you agree to our house rules and are willing to provide a photo of your ID as the responsible party for the reservation. The photo and name on your ID must match the photo and name in your profile. Reservations for third parties are not allowed. Thank you.
