Check-in is after 4pm (please note -- you are welcome to check-in any time after 9pm but calls won’t be answered).
For our guests and managers I am available daily to help with any questions or concerns from 9am-9pm.
No smoking of any kind inside the home. Automatic $500 fine. Please smoke outside
No pets
Security deposit $500 will be collected at booking.
No parties, as per rules.
Authorized early check-in and late check-out is $50 per hour.
Non-authorized late check out is $100/hr.
Non-authorized extra persons are $50 per person, per night.
All third-party bookings will be canceled without any refund.
Please keep in mind that Florida has bugs, mosquitos, lizards and other wildlife outside. Please try to keep your doors closed at all times, otherwise they can sneak inside. Our property has regular recurring pest control treatments, and we make sure everything is clear of bugs and any other pests inside the property before your check-in.
Before we confirm your booking request, you must acknowledge that you agree to our house rules and are willing to provide a photo of your ID as the responsible party for the reservation. The photo and name on your ID must match the photo and name in your profile. Reservations for third parties are not allowed.

The condo is close to many beaches and restaurants and is a great location.

Highly recommend this lovely condo. It’s very clean and stocked with everything you could possibly need. The neighborhood was private, quiet and close to shopping, restaurants, attractions, and beaches. The host is easy to get in touch with and responds quickly. Would recommend this condo to anyone heading to Clearwater. We are planning our next trip back to this condo already.

From start to finish incredible stay. Extremely clean and perfect condition. Pools were perfect and the laundry station was emaculent. We are already planning another trip! Michelle was such a great host, response time on every need was excellent. I was skeptical at first, as we were 10 hours away but ended up being a great decision to stay here! Thank you kindly Michelle! Be back soon!
