Welcome to your home away from home! This cozy 2BD/1BA house is located in a quiet neighborhood minutes drive to Honeymoon Island and Clearwater Beach. The backyard outdoor space is perfect for relaxing, playing, and sunbathing. Minutes to shopping, dining, entertainment, golfing, and parks. Dogs are welcome! Every effort has been made to make your vacation memorable!

This cozy home is prepared with all the essentials needed to make you feel at home. The house features a large driveway, a fully fenced backyard, a comfortable outdoor space with seating, and a BBQ grill. Guests have access to the entire house offering 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a living room with a smart TV, dining room, fully-equipped kitchen, and a washer & dryer. DOGS are welcome! A non refundable one-time $150 per pet fee will be added to your total after your reservation is made. ***We want you to know that we’re doing our part to help our Airbnb guests stay safe by cleaning and disinfecting frequently touched surfaces (light switches, doorknobs, cabinet handles, remotes, etc.) before you check in.*** For stays over 1 month, the cleaning fee double (considered deep cleaning) Guests with dogs and service animals — please make sure to pick up after your pets/animals and properly dispose of the waste. If any waste is left in the front or back yards, a cleaning fee of $50 will be added to your reservation total.

NO CABLE TV. Internet service and smart TV. For the protection of your belongings, luggage drop off isn’t allowed. The cleaning crew cannot be responsible for any loss or damage of guests’ belongings. Thank you for understanding!

Guests must read full description before booking. If your home is not as described, or listed amenities are not present and affect your stay, please cancel immediately. By continuing your stay, you are confirming that the property is as described. Check-in is after 4pm (please note -- you are welcome to check-in any time after 9pm but calls won’t be answered). For our guests and Airbnb managers I am available daily to help with any questions or concerns from 9am-9pm. No smoking of any kind inside the home. Automatic $500 fine. Please smoke outside. No parties, as per Airbnb rules. Authorized early check-in and late check-out is $50 per hour. Non-authorized late check out is $100/hr. Non-authorized extra persons are $50 per person, per night. All third-party bookings will be canceled without any refund. Dogs OK - $150 non-refundable pet fee (per pet per stay) You have to pick up all your pet waste around the house if some and in the backyard. If we must do it, there will be a fee of $150 Please keep in mind that Florida has bugs, mosquitos, lizards and other wildlife outside. Please try to keep your doors closed at all times, otherwise they can sneak inside. Our property has regular recurring pest control treatments, and we make sure everything is clear of bugs and any other pests inside the property before your check-in. Before we confirm your booking request, you must acknowledge that you agree to our house rules and are willing to provide a photo of your ID as the responsible party for the reservation. The photo and name on your ID must match the photo and name in your profile. Reservations for third parties are not allowed. Thank you.

Anna’s home was a great place to stay for me and my family. The pack n play was perfect for my son and in great condition. The rooms were clean and comfortable and we had everything we needed for a great stay. I would visit again.

The host was very friendly, proactive and clear about expectations. The home was easy to find and just like the pictures. Inside, we found everything we needed and everything we forgot to bring lol. Everything was clean and ready to use. The rooms were a good size, with plenty of space to place our things. The fenced in backyard was big enough to play soccer and catch. If you want something in the middle of action or a tourist feel, this isn't the place. If you want something relaxing after you've visited the high traffic, tourist spots, then this is the perfect place for you. Overall, I'm very satisfied with my stay. The most important part about my stay was that it felt like home, your home, with a peaceful neighborhood. That added the most value. I definitely recommend, we'll be booking again.
