Every effort has been made to make your vacation memorable!

This 2nd floor, one bedroom condo is prepared with all the essentials needed to make you feel at home. Our unit features a fully-equipped kitchen, queen bed, full bath, TV, fresh linens, shampoo, hairdryer, and even a complimentary pack n play. ***We want you to know that we’re doing our part to help our Airbnb guests stay safe by cleaning and disinfecting frequently touched surfaces (light switches, doorknobs, cabinet handles, remotes, etc.) before you check in.*** For stays over 1 month, the cleaning fee double (considered deep cleaning)

Check-in is after 4pm (please note -- you are welcome to check-in any time after 9pm but calls won’t be answered).
No smoking of any kind inside the home. Automatic $500 fine.

No parties, as per Airbnb rules.
Authorized early check-in and late check-out is $50 per hour. Non-authorized late check out is $100/hr.
Non-authorized extra persons are $25 per person, per night. All third-party bookings will be canceled without any refund.

I am available to assist daily from 9am - 9pm
Please keep in mind that Florida has bugs, mosquitos, lizards and other wildlife outside. Please try to keep your doors closed at all times, otherwise they can sneak inside. Our property has regular recurring pest control treatments, and we make sure everything is clear of bugs and any other pests inside the property before your check-in.
Before we confirm your booking request, you must acknowledge that you agree to our house rules and are willing to provide a photo of your ID as the responsible party for the reservation. The photo and name on your ID must match the photo and name in your profile. Reservations for third parties are not allowed.

Wonder place!! Clean and everything you need for a small family of 4. Just a minute walk to the beach and fun bars all up and down the beach! Family friendly and we recommend skidders for breakfast!! Hopefully we can make it back next year!

Had such a great stay at this Airbnb! The beach was super close — just a quick walk and you’re there. The place was really cozy and had everything we needed. Our host was so friendly and made us feel really welcome. Would definitely stay here again next time we’re in town!

We had a relaxed and EASY stay at Anna’s place. Everything was just as represented on the Air Bnb app. The kitchen had everything we needed for food prep, the queen bed was very comfortable and my guest said the couch was comfy as well. Directly across the street from beach access. The only negative is that there is no private parking. Free parking IS available in any city parking spot; problem is all the city spots are grabbed up early by beach goers, and tied up until after sunset. If you don’t find a good spot early, you can probably snag one in the evening. But once you snag a good one, not really a great idea to leave!

I had a great stay! Check-in was easy and convenient, and the location couldn't have been better – just steps from the beach, The host was very responsive, and the place was perfect size for a relaxing beach vacation. There were plenty of towels to use and lawn chairs to bring down to the beach. While there was some construction in the building (noted in the listing), it was barely noticeable. The area is still a bit run down from the hurricanes, but several restaurants had recently reopened, which was nice. Would definitely stay here again!

I couldn’t have asked for a better more communicative host, the place was so beautiful and clean and welcoming. The location was perfect with the beach literally across the street. The decor was lovely and homey. All in all an excellent experience.

This is a great 1BR place just steps from St. Pete Beach. Amazing location! Walkable to shops, bars, and restaurants. Unit itself was very clean and comfortable. Host communication was great! Would not hesitate booking another trip here in the future.
